Flank Steak Teriyaki

Flank Steak Teriyaki

1 1/2 lb Flank Steak, Sirloin may be used
1 cup Beef Broth
1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
1 1/2 Tablespoons Instant Minced Onion
1/8 teaspoon Powdered Garlic
1 teaspoon Salt
2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Honey
 
Have membraineremoved from steak. Don't score in tenderizer. Remove fat and gristle. Cut steak in 1 1/2 to 2 inch strips. Combine remaining ingredients and marinate about 24 hours (6 to 8 hour will do but 24 is best, or freeze in gallon freezer bags until your ready to cook on grill)
Remove from marinade, drain and charcoal broil on medium hot fire 10 to 20 minutes, turning once.
