Crockpot Cheeseburger Sandwiches

when I first came across this recipe, Jerry saw the title and said he didn't think he read it right.. Crockpot Sandwich??

so, of course I had to go back and read it again.. Now we want to try it.

Crockpot Cheeseburger Sandwiches
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1/2 tsp. garlic-pepper
blend (mix equal portions
of garlic powder and
cracked black pepper)
1 (8-oz.) pkg. pasteurized
process cheese spread
2 TBS milk
2 garlic cloves, minced
8 sandwich buns, split

HOW TO:
1. In large skillet, brown ground
beef and garlic-pepper blend
until thoroughly cooked. Drain.
2. In Crockpot, combine cooked
ground beef and all remaining
ingredients except buns; mix
well.
3. Cover and cook on Low for
6-7 hours. To serve, spoon
mixture into sandwich buns--
also good over backed potatos
