1 Tablespoon Oil
4 Boneless, skinless Chicken Breast
1 can Cream of chicken Soup
1/3 cup Water
1/4 teaspoon Paprika
1 1/2 cups uncooked Minute Rice
2 cups Broccoli
Heat Oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook 8 minutes, or until browned. Drain off fat and set aside. Add soup, water, paprika and pepper to the pan, heat to boiling. Stir in broccoli and rice. Place chicken on rice and season with more Paprika. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
