12 Small New Potatoes
4 teaspoon Butter
1 1/3 teaspoon dried Chives
1 1/3 dried Parsley
Peel 1/2 inch strip around center of each potato and place in medium saucepan. Cover potatoes with 2 inches of water, Bring to a boil. Boil until potatoes can be easily pierced with a fork but are still firm, about 20 minutes.
Heat butter in microwave until melted. Stir in Parsley and chives. Pour butter mixture over potatoes and toss to coat. Spoon into servign bowl. Read to serve.
Try sprinkling chopped cooked bcon and or minced green onions on top for a different taste.
