AS we travel, we make friends and see new places. I love my life. I keep busy with taking care of my Hubby and our pets. I am sure that Life is more than a clean kitchen and empty sink. If you were to visit me, you may find me elbow deep in dishes, laundry piled up and some craft or another 1/2 done on the coffee table.

Eclair Cake "From Our Home to Yours" Ozark First Church of the Nazarene" 2004
1 pound box Graham Crackers 2 small boxes Instant French Vanilla Pudding 3 1/2 cups Milk 1 (9 oz) container Cool Whip Frosting: 1 can Chocolate Frosting
Butter bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Line with whole Graham Crackers. Mix pudding with milk. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes Blend in Cool Whip. Pour half of the mixture over the Graham Crackers. Put another layer of Graham Crackers over the pudding. Pour remaining pudding over and then cover with more Graham Crackers. Chill for 2 hours before Frosting.
