Sausage and Cheese Balls, Apple Crunch

Sausage and Cheese Balls
"From Our Home to Yours"
Ozark First Church of the Nazarene
2004

2 cups Biscuit mix
1 lb uncooking Sausage
1/2 cup Milk
3 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded

In a bowl, mix everthing together, by hand or spoon. Shape into 1 inch
balls. Place on a greased pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until browned.
Immediatly remove from pan.

Apple Crunch
1 apple, peeled & sliced
2 T. sugar
1 T. all-purpose flour or oatmeal
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 T. chopped nuts
1 tsp. butter or margarine, melted
Put the apple in a small, glass casserole dish. In a small bowl combine the sugar, flour or oatmeal, cinnamon, and nuts and mix well. Sprinkle over the apples. Dot with butter. Microwave, uncovered on high for 2 - 2 1/2 minutes or until the apples are tender.
