HERBED DEVILED EGGS

HERBED DEVILED EGGS
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.

12 hard cooked eggs, peeled
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tbs snipped dill, parsley and chives
Dill sprigs

HALVE eggs lengthwise, remove yolks. Place yolks in a bowl, set whites aside. Mash yolks. Add mayo, sour cream and mustard, mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle some of the herbs into each egg white half. Spoon yolk mixture on top of herbs in each. Top with additional dill, then SERVE...
