Stuffed Mushrooms

Stuffed Mushrooms

3 Baskets Fresh large Mushrooms
1 pound Hot sausage
8 oz Cheddar Cheese grated
 
Put out the stems from Mushrooms, chop the stems very fine and mix with sausage. Stuff sausage mixture into Mushroom caps. Cover with cheese. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until cheese melts and is slightly brown. Mushroom will turn dark during cooking.
