Vegetable-Stuffed Baked Potatoes

(serves 6)
1 Jar Ragu Cheese Creations Double Cheddar Sauce
1 bag Frozen Assorted Vegetables, cooke and drained
6 Large Baking potoates, umpeeled and baked
Heat Ragu sauce in a 2 quart saucepanl. Stir in vegetables,heat though. Cut a lengthwise slice from toe top of each potato. Lightly mash pulp in each potatoe. evenly spoon sauce mixture onto each potato. Season with Salt and Pepper
