Easy Italian Chicken

Easy Italian Chicken

2004
 
4 boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
1 Egg, beaten
1/2 cup Flour
Cook Oil
1 can Spaghetti Sauce
Cooked Linguini Noodles
Salt and Pepper to taste
Shredded Cheddar, Mozzarella, and Parmesan Cheeses
 
Heat cooking oil in large skillet. Dip chicken in the egg, then coat with flour. Cook in the oil until chicken is just done. Put cooked chicken into a casserole dish. Cover with spaghetti sauce and top with the cheeses.
Bake until cheese is melted and golden brown. Place cooked linguini on each plate and top with chicken and some of the sauce.
