Apple Cake from 1900

Apple Cake 1900

 

1 1/2 c oil

2 C sugar

2 eggs, beaten

2 tsp Vanilla

1 Tbsp Cinnamon

1 Tbsp Baking Soda

3 C Flour

3 C Chopped, raw Apple

 

MIx well, Bake at 300 ( slow oven) for 60 minutes.
