3 Cups cooked Mashed Sweet Potatoes
1 cup Water
1/2 cup Melted Butter
1/3 cup Milk
2 Eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Water
1/2 cup Melted Butter
1/3 cup Milk
2 Eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Combine all ingredients except topping in a mixing bowl. mix well. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle topping over mixture. Bake at 350F for 30 to 40 minutes
Topping
1/2 cup firmly packed Brown Sugar
1/4 cup All-purpose Flour
2 1/2 Tablespoon Melted Butter
1/2 cup Chopped Nut (Pecan prefered)
Combine ingredients for topping in a small bowl and mix well.
