Broccoli Casserole 2

1 small boxes Broccoli pieces
1 cup Mayo
1 Egg
2 cups Cheese
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Topping
1 sleeve Ritz Crachers, crushed
1 stick (1/2 cup) Butter, melted
Mix in large bowl, all the the casserole ingredients. put in a buttered casserole dish.
Mix butter and crackers until all crackera re coated. Spread on top of broccoli mixture
Bake at 350F until crackers are brown and casserole is bubbly.
** Optional**
You can add minute rice and or chicken to the broxxoli mix before you cook it.
