Crunchy Chicken Tenders

2004

1 cup plus 1 Tablespoon Mayo
2 teaspoons Onion Flakes
2 teaspoon dry Mustard
1 cup Butter Crackers, crushed
2 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds
8 oz, Chicken Tenders
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Chopped Onion
1 Tablespoon Parsley (fresh)
3/4 teaspoon Seasoning Salt
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
 
Preheat oven to 425F. Grease a baking sheet
Combine 2/3 cup mayo, onion flakes and dry Mustard in a shallow bowl, Mix well. Combine the cracker crumbs and sesame seeds in another shallow bowl and mix well. Dip chicken into mayo mix, then coat with cracker crumb mix.
Arrange on prepared baking sheet. Bake chicken until done, about 15 minutes
Meanwhile, combine remaining mayo, sour cream, chopped onion, parsley, seasoning salt and garlic powder in a small bowl and mix well. Serve with the chicken tenders as a dip.
